[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

(ooc: I checked the calendar! It is indeed raining!)

Is it? I hadn't noticed~! You know, back in my world, we had a tradition of dancing in the first rain after winter as a bit of celebration of the upcoming spring~!

[He waves back, and then wags his finger in the air followed by pointing at the ground near Vash, causing a lightning bolt to hit the ground right next to him.]
