[Thanks to Yuber throwing his search party into the lake; Vash has found himself joining the ranks of the sick. Although he tried to change out of his wet and freezing clothes right away it was too late. So he’s in bed with a light fever. And he might have fallen asleep with his journal open.]

Rem… it’s so hot and dry… [There’s a bit of muttering] …you’d like her. Mmmhm. [Some rustling as he rolls in bed] saw one… so red.

[Then he’s quiet for a few minutes]

Ahaha! Are all those donuts for me!? Oh! You shouldn’t have!!

Yeah!! They’re delicious! I really like the plain ones - but there are so many delicious delicacies to chose from! The glorious powdered ones! The playful sprinkles! The royal glazed!
