[Thanks to Yuber throwing his search party into the lake; Vash has found himself joining the ranks of the sick. Although he tried to change out of his wet and freezing clothes right away it was too late. So he’s in bed with a light fever. And he might have fallen asleep with his journal open.]

Rem… it’s so hot and dry… [There’s a bit of muttering] …you’d like her. Mmmhm. [Some rustling as he rolls in bed] saw one… so red.

[Then he’s quiet for a few minutes]

Ahaha! Are all those donuts for me!? Oh! You shouldn’t have!!

Oh it's no matter! To tell the truth, I don't think I'm sick at all! [Just oddly miserable. He hasn't been sick since he was alive though, so how could he be sick now?]
