[Vash removes his coat just so that he won't continue dripping a massive amount of water onto the floor as he cleans up. Putting the red coat with one sleeve on the hanger he's left dressed in a pair of jeans and some protective leather underneath. A couple scars show around his exposed shoulders, but he doesn't mind that too much.
While Iroh changes Vash keeps his mind busy by finding a towel to start mopping up some of the mess he made. Trying to picture just how Iroh plans to use fire bending to dry. He's pretty sure his coat is just fire resistant not fire proof.
