[The video feed starts up mid afternoon with Vash grinning into the camera. For those good at picking up differences in smiles there's a huge difference in Vash's today. You thought he was happy before by the way he smiled and acted? Well, now he's beaming because he's finally, truly happy. He's no longer just pretending and the reason will be pretty clear as he finishes setting up the camera so he can sit on his couch with a small boy on his lap.]

Hello, Luceti! [He nearly shouts the greeting. Hardly able to contain how happy he is.] Your local Vash the Stampede wanting to apologize for missing out on work and not being around. I'll be back at Azalea and Seventh Heaven soon! I've just been a bit busy! [He grins and bounces his leg to make the boy on his leg bounce slightly.] Right Noah?

[The boy nods, but stays quiet.] But we also have an important message as well! Ready, Noah? Just as I showed you, okay?

[Noah prepares by holding up his arm and looking up at Vash for confirmation as Vash clears his throat 'dramatically'.]

This world is made of- LOVE! AND! PEACE!

[As Vash shouts his message he and Noah both pump their arms back and forth. Vash more confidant and Noah a bit hesitant, but with a smile on his face. Back and forth they go as Vash continues to say the mantra. Fingers spread in a V shape when their arms are pulled back then the fingers cross together as the arms are pumped forward. Noah doesn't join with the shouting, but he seems to be having some fun with the arm movements.]

LOVE! AND! PEACE! LOVE! AND! PEACE! LOVE! AND! PEACE! LOVE! AND! PEACE!

[And somewhere in the background, for those who can hear past the screaming, may be a priest shouting about not using his son to spread propaganda.]

Okay... well, out with it. What in the world is going on with your life that's so lovey and peacey?

This is! [Vash hold Noah out towards the camera and adjusts the book so it gets a good angle of the boy's face. The toddler for his part continues to play with a toy in his hands already use to Vash's silly antics, but young enough to not be fully embarrassed yet.] How could anyone not be happy with a face like this around!!

[Sokka has a good idea of what Vash is certainly implying here, but he hasn't spelt it out quite yet. And so forgive Sokka when he purposefully yields the wrong answer in order to sarcastically get Vash to do what he wants him to.]

You kidnapped a child??? That's worth love and peace and stuff!?

I- wait, what!? No-no-no-no-NO! This is my friend's kid, Noah! I didn't kidnap him! He's my godson! He lives with me!

[Yes, now Sokka is laughing now. Just shy of hysterics, but he's thoroughly amused that he managed to freak out Vash. A tear rolls down his eye from laughing so hard.]

Ooooh, man, I really had you going there. You thought, ha ha, you thought that I believed... yeah, no I figured it wasn't that.

Though you could have just said so from the very get go!

Sorry, I thought that bit would have been obvious. [Okay, maybe not that who Noah was, but that he didn't KIDNAP him. Still, his voice is just DRIPPING with sarcasm.]

Well hey, if you're going to drag out the whole "Love and Whatever" spiel again, I expect to have it spelled out for me. I mean, I'm still going to be incredibly annoyed, but at least then I might feel slightly guilty for being annoyed.

Hehe, okay then I shall spell it out!

This is my friend's kid Noah. He was taken by the Malnosso when they were around. Now that they're gone we've finally gotten him back. So I'm just filled with so much love and happiness that I had to shout it out and share with everyone!

[He laughs and ruffles Noah's hair.] And as the boy's godson it's my job to teach him how to also spread love and peace to others! So I'm getting a jump start on that!

There, that's better. [Sokka sounds somewhat victorious with that, as if he finally got what he wanted.]

Though so help me, if your so-called "jump start" on the spreading love and peace thing involves him shouting about it all throughout the village square, I am not going to be Mr. Nice Guy about it.

[Vash chuckles softly as he shifts Noah on his lap.] I'll be sure to keep that in mind.

[Spoiler alert. It is. Although Sokka may be lucky as Noah will probably not do that willingly when he gets older.]
