[This morning finds Vash waking up in the forest. He doesn’t remember much, except that his head hurts, but at least the Malnosso left him in his clothes for once. He sits for a moment, waiting for his head to clear a bit, before opening his journal.]

Uh, haha… I’m back. Hope you guys weren’t too worried, but I’m alright! [No he’s not.] I’ll be home soon.

You’re pretty close with some of the other spirits around here aren’t you? I was wondering if you have any tips on getting in contact with Eferin, Kipinn, or Tsinku. [Yeah, he totally remembers you trying to electrocute him that one time.

After replacing his journal back into his pocket Vash heads for town. He wanted to be home soon, but it‘s actually going to take him a while as he gets closer and starts to feel excited to be home again, he suddenly drops to the ground. Snoring softly. Feel free to find him anywhere and in any position you find most amusing. You know - besides up a tree for example. You don‘t fall up trees!]

(OOC: Yup, Vash has been inflicted with narcolepsy for two weeks. Most of the time it will only be triggered by high emotions - or when I roll a ‘0‘ on the ten-sided dice that hates me. So sorry if he suddenly passes out on you during the upcoming days!)

[He takes a moment to just absorb that Vash is back, and grins faintly before answering the question]

All you need to do is listen for Kipinn; he'll talk to anything and anyone.

Eferin's harder. That bastard's picky, and if you don't meet his criteria, he'll push you off for a while.

As for Tsinku, just have a good story about lightning ready and he'll warm up to you pretty quickly.

A good story? Oh man, Gunsmoke hardly ever rained let alone any decent lightning. Well... there was that typhoon... did that have lightening?

...what are Eferin's criteria? I'm not going to have to set myself on fire am I!? [Now he's just being over dramatic.]

[And then, shyly.] Ah, thanks.

Either that or you dance for his entertainment. [Complete with a lightning show... that will harm you]

And to be honest, I'm not sure. Being hot-headed might help. [a smirk, because Vash really doesn't fit that bill at all.

He switches into seriousness again, giving the other a thorough glance]

Well, that's just great... I'm a horrible dancer. [As he wonders how much harder it is to dodge lightning than bullets.

...crap. Well, maybe he got lucky and Legato went home while he was gone! Oh wait, he doesn't have any luck.] This is going to be even harder than I thought.

I'm alright; I was pretty much left alone. [Actually he spent most of the time sleeping, which was odd, but he just figures they were test drugging him or something.] How long have I been gone? ~~(About ten days)~~

[A sigh. Vash, don't sound so down about it] Oi oi, I'll put in a good word for you. Tsinku might listen - just so long as you don't get on his bad side.... and I'll work on Eferin.

[he shifts a little, eye still on the journal] Ten days or so. Nothing happened while you were gone.

...ten days. [Longer than he thought. That doesn't settle very well with him.] And nothing at all? No mass, unexplained disappearances or murders? [Okay, so he was a little worried by what Legato would do to try to draw him out of "hiding", but he sounds relieved. Pretty sure things like that Sanji wouldn't consider as nothing.]

Not that I've heard. [And they both know Sanji pays attention] The village would be in one hell of a frenzy if there had been.

... Still worried about that Legato shithead?

Yeah... I am. I'm hoping that learning the spirit's magic might give me an advantage over him.
