For those that knew Karai; she's been sent home. [There's some soft mewing in the background as Vash picks Chaplin up. He can't just leave the poor thing here on it's own.] Well, you can't stay here by yourself little guy. Don't worry, you still have a home.

[Of course, that's before he realizes that Oroku Saki has also been sent home. Which is what prompts this post a little later on after his attempt to contact the man fails.]

[Vash will be at the fountain again after that announcement in his cheap frog suit. Only now he's got a tiny black cat as a side kick. He couldn't just leave the poor thing by itself!]

[Alexei was out and about in the plaza today, mostly just to make more observations of the experiment when he stumble across Vash...in a frog suit.

He raises an eyebrow, looking at him most peculiarly.]

Are you actually affected as well or did you feel like wearing that today?

Yes, because I just love being stuck looking like a frog all day.

[There's a small mewing sound as a kitten sits on his head and pats at one of the eyes on the frog head. The eyes wiggle and Vash doesn't care what it does to the costume so long as it's not getting in trouble.]

[He only teases. You do look pretty miserable in that and you even have a kitten harassing you.]

The only way to fix it is a kiss from a beautiful princess. [He's blushing thinking about it. As he absentmindedly removes the kitten from his head to the ground. Not that this upsets the kitten in his desire to play, Alexei seems to have fun and shiny shoes to play with!]

I'm sure you'll find one soon enough. There were plenty of princess or people believing they were the last time I checked.

Oh... actually, his owner has just been sent home. He's from a litter my cat had so I thought I'd bring him back home with me tonight until we can find someone else who wants a cat. [Poor little guy.]

[He's just watching this kitten, waltzing around his legs and now purring. Taking a step back from it]

It's friendly enough. I'm sure someone will be willing to take him in. [Annd the kitten just follows him and leans slightly against his leg.]

I hope so, he's a good kitten with good breeding! [Of course, Vash would say that about any animal.]

[Oh lawl, no comment. He side steps away from the kitten]

Perhaps he'll help you with your current predicament and actually attract the...proper princess.

Oh, well, cats are very easy! You just really need to make sure they have food and water everyday! Oh! And clean out their litter box of course.

How about this. If no one takes him by the end of the day, then I'll take ownership of him.
