Bundled up in a warm jacket with his bird Az nested in one of its deep pockets, he gazed at the landscape from a perch at the top of a tree.
The clumsy blond, of course, caught his attention. The repeated cries and falls brought a laugh out of him, but he couldn't help himself after the third one.
The poor man was obviously having trouble. Though unfamiliar with winter sports himself, he was also a good kid. He decided to try to help.
It only took a few portal jumps to get down to the edge of the lake. Waving his small arms, he called out to the man.]
