Community House 4 and Forest
[Vash is looking much more like his old self today. Dressed in his red coat and hair spiky once more, but more than that he's no longer depressed beyond belief. The first thing he did when he woke up in Community Housing 4 with no memory how he got there and a set of strange white wings was to well - panic! Once he was sure the wings weren't part of his Plant powers going haywire he dared a look out the window and- whoa. That was not Gunsmoke outside.

This called for exploring of the wide eyed and gaping kind. Vash makes a bee line for the forest and stands around, hand on his mouth, and cries. So many trees and is that- it is. It's a river he'll follow the flowing water for some time. Amazed at it's beauty.]

Bakery
[Eventually he does find a building that seems to be full of baked goods. Now those donuts look delicious! He'll stand around and call to see if anyone remembers that they work at the bakery. If no one answer his call, well, you can't let a good donut go to waste now can you!? His quick hand nabs one and ah! Heaven!] They're so good! Sweet little cake made of-

[He trails off, running out the door and out the side of the building to become violently sick. Well, that was weird. Better eat a donut to clear out that nasty taste in his mouth! He heads back in to eat another only it sends him running for a safe place to throw up once more.]

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE DONUTS!? [Maybe he's been sent to hell!

Not that he'll let that stop him. Okay, it stops him for an hour or two as he cries over not being able to apparently eat any baked good and warning people from trying them and being sick themselves.]

Voice

[Vash couldn't help notice all the kids that seem to be in this village. If they were feeling as apprehensive as he was at waking up in a strange place with wings maybe they could use a bit of fun. He eventually finds himself a ball and starts kicking it around the square. Even picking up that weird book he found and giving it a shake or two. He knows he found a voice function somewhere on here- ah! There it is.]

Hey there! Don't know if this is some dream or something, but I found a ball and it's a good day outside! Come out to that fountain and we'll get some sort of game going! It'll be fun! Just look for the guy in the big red coat! The name's Vash!

[Until anyone shows up Vash will be bouncing the ball up and down to practice a bit and whoops-! Watch out! Loose ball!]

Pretty Much Everywhere Else

[When not playing with children or avoiding poisoned bakeries Vash will be wandering here, there, and everywhere. Trying to get some clue as to where he is or what has happened. He's not shy so even if you're character is just standing around he'll be happy to strike up a conversation to see if they know what's going on. Find Vash just about anywhere!]

[That is a really, really bright red coat.

You have picked up one (1) small shadow in a kimono. Sneak. Sneak.]

[Vash will kick the ball around and play with some of the kids who show up at first. Waiting to see if the small girl in the kimono comes over on her own. If she doesn't it's only a few minutes more before he wanders over with the ball in his hands.]

Hello there, I got a ball, do you want to play?

She stares at the ball.]

What kind of game?

Hm, I don't know! [He gives the ball a couple bounces as he talks.] What kind of games do you like to play? Or maybe we could even invent our game!

[therewerefifty]

I've never really played. [She remembers playing as a very young child. Three or four, maybe. She can't for the life of her remember what the game was.] What sort of games do you know?

[goldenglasses]

Hmm, I know lots of games for a bunch of people, but what about catch? That's a nice simple game with just two people! We take turns bouncing the ball back and forth to each other!

[therewerefifty]

[Her brow wrinkles in concentration. No man she knows would stop to play with a little girl in the street. But he might be different.]

Don't you have more important things to do?

[goldenglasses]

No! Not really! Besides, even if I did playing catch would be much more fun!

[therewerefifty]

...she doesn't say anything. But she does sort of shuffle out of her shadowy lurking corner and stand there awkwardly.]

[Vash bounces the ball gently a couple times. Then he smiles at Makie.] Ready? Here it comes! Try to catch it! [He gently tosses the ball so it will bounce once as it heads towards Makie.]

[Oh, that's easy. She does so. And then looks at it as if she's not sure what she's meant to do with it.]

That's a great catch! Now throw it back to me!

[Oh, okay then. She mimics what he just did. Bounce! :D Her aim is good.]

[Vash catches the ball with ease.] Alright! Here it comes back again! [He throws it again easily. There's a natural grace to this kid that he's thinking he could start bouncing it a little harder, but will wait for a bit. He first wanted her to just relax a little bit more.]

[Not to worry, Makie's gonna be on the ball on this idea, no pun intended. Just bouncing it like this isn't particularly exciting. The next one back has no bounce.]

Hey! You're a pure natural at this! [Vash catches the ball before quickly tossing it back. This time sending it much faster and off to the side a bit. Makie's going to have to move to catch this one.]

[therewerefifty]

[You mean like that quick sidestep and outflung hand? She still feels stiff, but this sort of game she can get behind. Back atcha, Vash. Off to your side.]

[goldenglasses]

[Vash moves quick to get in front of the ball. Only this time instead of catching it he raises his leg up to kick it. It flies high up into the air heading towards Makie.] Heads up!

[therewerefifty]

[Makie catches it without a thought, fingers wrapping around it before it can hit her as if it was travelling much slower. And she gives Vash a Look.]

You didn't say anything about kicking.

[goldenglasses]

Oh! Well, I just thought it was fun! This game is mostly doing what you think and feels fun at the moment! But if you don't want kicking I won't kick the ball anymore! I promise!

I didn't say it was bad. I was just surprised.

Hahahaha! I do like to be full of surprises! Keeps life interesting, doesn't it?

[She says nothing. Though her expression may as well say you're very weird, foreign man.]

[Vash gets that look a lot so he pays it almost no mind.] Do you want to keep playing or would you like to play something else now?

Mm. I don't mind playing this. As long as it's okay.
