[Today after his SOS Brigade meeting, Vash will be dragging several large boxes into the square by the fountain. They are filled with all types of nerf guns and there's even a few squirt guns in there. He figures the kids here could really use some fun after the past week or two. So after taking a couple for himself he opens his journal.] Hey! There are a bunch of toys in the square~! Come out and play!

(ooc: Comment spam style! Anyone and everyone is welcome. If you try to cause violence Vash will fall out of the sky on top of your head thread jack in order to stop it.)

[Eyebrow raise. Still almost believing this, if only because he knows his lieutenant and he knows she likes to put on a show -- especially if her audience is a giggling girl. (That, or any man she deems worthy of her attention. Or him.) So... going along with it.]
