[Today after his SOS Brigade meeting, Vash will be dragging several large boxes into the square by the fountain. They are filled with all types of nerf guns and there's even a few squirt guns in there. He figures the kids here could really use some fun after the past week or two. So after taking a couple for himself he opens his journal.] Hey! There are a bunch of toys in the square~! Come out and play!

(ooc: Comment spam style! Anyone and everyone is welcome. If you try to cause violence Vash will fall out of the sky on top of your head thread jack in order to stop it.)

[Those of you looking to attack or be attacked by Vash, after initially handing out a few of the toys to people he will be hiding and attempting to ambush his friends and kids who are playing along. Although, he's not too hard to sneak up on. That red coat kinda stands out and he's not taking this seriously at all. After all, he's doing this for the kids here to have some fun. What's more fun than being able to attack an easy adult target?]

[All Hitsugaya is doing to walking. Minding his own business. He hasn't checked the journals in awhile, so he doesn't hear the announcement, but he's not so oblivious not to notice people starting to gather in the square. He pauses, sighs and... goes right toward it. Where he's going is on the other side of the square and he's not about to go out of his way to avoid people. Can't do that in this town anyway.]
