[Today after his SOS Brigade meeting, Vash will be dragging several large boxes into the square by the fountain. They are filled with all types of nerf guns and there's even a few squirt guns in there. He figures the kids here could really use some fun after the past week or two. So after taking a couple for himself he opens his journal.] Hey! There are a bunch of toys in the square~! Come out and play!

(ooc: Comment spam style! Anyone and everyone is welcome. If you try to cause violence Vash will ~~fall out of the sky on top of your head~~ thread jack in order to stop it.)

[Like Vash can resist aiming for that big target you call an eyebrow. But unlike Katie... he has excellent aim.] Direct hit! [Did that come from the side of the building just over there? Yes it did.]

VAAAAAASH. [stomping to where you are, turning the corner quickly, and he's got his gun out and ready.]

[As soon as you turn the corner he'll be shooting off a super soaker for your face than running like hell as soon as the pressure runs low. Hoping to get a head start while you're momentarily blinded.]

[Fff blinded? Vash, don't forget you're dealing with a pirate who's had water tossed in his face all his life.

Not to mention the filial fights he and Ginko have, which amounts to two grown men trying to soak each other.

Your head start is denied.

And Sanji is coming for you, gun raised at the ready. He's no legendary gunman, but his aim isn't anything to sneeze at either.

The first shot is released! Is it good?]

[Hey! It was a brilliant plan in the mind of the desert boy! And of course it's good! Runs squawking into the square with his arms covering his head looking for cover.] MERCY! MERCY! MERCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCY! [Ducking behind the fountain for cover and shooting back.]

[What is this concept called "mercy" you keep screaming about, Vash? 8| Anyway, you lack breasts, thus it doesn't apply to you.

Sanji doesn't bother hiding behind anything yet - most shots fired are kicked away or avoided, though he gets smacked with two in the chest.

Not gonna let those deter him. Rather, he'll start to circle around the fountain for a better shot, and aim for Vash's huge target of a head]

[He's distracted anyway refilling his super soaker. After a couple hits to the head he yelps and ducks back down. Bringing up his arm holding his Nerf gun instead and taking shots seemingly without aiming considering he's not looking at all and yet all those shots are coming really close!]

[Heh.

Legendary gunman indeed.

For a game, Sanji looks to be taking this a tad more seriously now. His speed increases, and while the shots seem to follow wherever he darts, a quick kick at the air is enough to halt them.

If Vash doesn't step up his game, Sanji'll just retreat back into the realm of harmless fun. But he wants to see what the guy does first.]

[Sorry Sanji. Vash isn't taking this seriously enough to really step up his game, just enough to keep things fun and interesting. After all you do require a bit more challenge then the kids do. So instead of being wise and keeping cover he suddenly pops up and tries the squirt gun again!]

[Well fine.

Vash might get a shock then, as the moment the water leaves the gun, it abruptly circles into the air--

GAHHHHHHHHHHHH! [Jumping back down for cover. Oh it's on NOW you cheat. He can cheat too.] Like to cheat you dirty pirate? [Loading his gun with rubber bullets now.]

[Bring it. Bring iiiiiiiiiiiiiit. His foot and gun are ready.]

[And he takes off running. These bullets can sting at close rang and he wants to be out of range of the nerf guns. But he'll suddenly turn on his heel and shoot a round off JUST in front of your feet. You see that bullet bounce off the ground, fall, and then lay there Sanji? Because that's your only warning that they're not real.] I can cheat too~ My gun has more distance~

Hehhhhhh.

[Sanji doesn't move while he files away the the size, weight, and make of the bullet Once he's done, though--

He's running after you, Vash, distance be damned]

That shit only works if you can hit me.

[A-ack! Okay those bullets have more sting to them than the darts. Sanji makes a mental note to be careful.

And then he's aiming another shot at Vash's backside]

[Geeze! You're still coming! He'll make a run for the box seeing as his cheating genius isn't scaring you off.]

[That box isn't gonna save you, asshole.

You've unlocked Sanji's hidden competitive streak. YOU HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF]

[Perhaps not, but it will at least let him have another Nerf gun so he can shoot at you without having to worry about how close he is. Grabs a gun on the run and just starts shooting behind him as he runs around the fountain. Wait... fountain? Suddenly takes a sharp turn trying to move AWAY from the water.]
