[Action/Voice - Backdated to the 14th]

[Shortly after this thread on the 14th Vash is quickly making his way back to town. He has some work to do. For those of you that know Vash well the usual happy tone is missing from his voice.]

Mr. Belmont? My name is Vash. [He knows they’ve talked once or twice, but it’s been awhile.] I would like to ask you a few questions if I could about Aku and your whip.

[Filtered to Miyabi // 100% Unhackable]

Miyabi, you said your sword Sumomo could cut Aku. Do you know how it was able to do that?

[And because Vash is smart and will figure out Aku’s weakness eventually there is a voice post to the masses sometime later.]

[Filtered from Aku, Kefka, and Yuber (Just go with the badguy list. Yeah that works.) // 100% Unhackable]

Uh, this is probably a strange question. Does anyone know a way to give bullets a - uh, holy quality to them? I don’t think just blessing them will do the trick.

[With that done Vash can be found headed toward the weapon shop. For those who meet up with him or try to talk to him about something other than Aku stuff will find that he’ll drop his serious act and try to act happy as usual. Although Meryl may pick up that for the next couple weeks someone will be having trouble sleeping and up late most nights.]

I don't think it is quite that. Basically the part that actually hits the target is what would need to be enchanted. From what I have seen of such weapons, that isn't very large is it?

And often the enchantments on a sword take up the vast majority of the blade. That is what would make it difficult.

The main danger I see in even trying it is that it won't work and you will be in a bad situation. Is it possible a bullet that does not work could do anything to your gun and injure you that way?

That is my thought also, unless someone did a really bad job with the enchantment. Usually what is done there is that the words of a spell would be carved into the item to make a more lasting magic. Sometimes the magic is also just interwoven into the item as it is being made.

It is definitely possible in theory, it is just a matter of if it can be done in practice. The two things often aren't the same thing.

At least in my world, magic tends to not be written in the same way that normal words are. Other worlds may have the same thing.

I could try it, but I would like to know what you plan on using this for before I agree to attempt it.

I will see what I can do. I only really know the basic principles behind it; I haven't actually tried it out on any weapon.

I ask in return that you do your utmost to ensure none of those hit me.

I can use the magic, but it would be dangerous for me to be on the receiving end of it.

Just be careful with it. Even to the best of us, bad things can happen.

But I will see what I can do. Do you have a few bullets you can spare so I can see what can be done? I'll try practicing it on a few larger weapons first of course just to make sure the method does work.

Somewhere in the village perhaps? No matter the location it won't take me long to get there, so whatever is best for you.

I'll be there shortly.

[And literally nearly an instant later she appears out of nowhere. Have fun with that one.]

[And she will probably never get used to the reactions from people here. In her own world there was little surprise when she suddenly appeared even in the most remote of places.] A pleasure to see you face to face.

[She takes his hand and shakes it.] So will you show me those bullet things then?
