[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

You think I'm lying!? Or that I don't know what I saw with my own eyes!? I saw that look on his face!! It's not normal! He's WEIRD.

He needs to be put on the registered sex-offenders list. So that people can know! I'm going to make that list!! Luceti needs one!!
