[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

Isn't it wonderful, Vash-san? While I would prefer some sunshine, rainy days aren't so terrible! [They were infrequent enough in the Florian Triangle, anyways] I do enjoy the sound it makes on the roof - it's so musical!

[Because Kefka is a sadistic bastard, and can't leave well enough alone, the rain is going to get steadily heavier and heavier until it just turns into a steady and solid column of water localized on Vash.]

[And because Vash doesn't fully understand rain - doesn't realize what's happening until it's too late. Gives off an non-manly scream and gets even more drenched and winds up on his back.] What the hell was that!? [Yeah - he's pretty sure water isn't suppose to do that.]

Isn't it nice? All the plants will get a nice, long drink. [Of course Aerith is talking from the inside of her apartment. While rain is nice she hardly wants to be in it the whole time.]
