[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

It's certainly a welcome after all of the snow we had! I suppose that means we're heading into Spring now.

Ah, yes! My, I wonder what kinds Luceti has here. There are probably flowers from all sorts of various worlds, so it certainly will be interesting to see what blooms!

The flower shop had lots of flowers! They were beautiful! But I can't wait to see them out in the forest and the trees all green again!

Well there is a lot to think about. You need to water them, but not too much. And some need more care than others.
