[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

Oh I hope so! I've been helping out down there and it looks like it's going good so far! Well, that I can tell. I've never planted flowers before.

Well there is a lot to think about. You need to water them, but not too much. And some need more care than others.
