[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

Well, I would like to see the greenery return to this place. The snow, finally melting and revealing new life around here.
