[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

O-oh! You are? [Is that a slight blush? No it's not a blush, men don't blush!] And here I thought I was just getting you into trouble again; getting you thrown into lakes and such.

[Goofy grin] Yeah - I guess it is. [Then the smile drops a little.] And... you're sure you're okay with that? [And here comes his long practiced smile and shy laugh.] It is a tall order.
