[Vash today is standing outside of Community Building Four staring up into the rain, a happy smile on his face and laughing joyfully. His arms stretched out, he’s already drenched, but doesn’t seem to mind. After a few minutes he opens his journal.]

Hey Meryl! It’s raining outside! [Would anyone care to explain to him what a raincoat is?]

[Smart man Vash! Kazune will just be taking his school uniform for right now, seeing as he doesn't know how long he's going to be here, and will just wrap the back cape that comes along with it around him for now. No use getting dressed since they'll just get wet.]
