That's probably because he's dressed in a really fake looking frog suit with huge googly eyes on his forehead. His face is also smeared with green paint. He mutters grumpily to himself as he sits near the water.]

This really had better be the Malnosso's doing. If I find out Jack is somehow behind this then I swear I'll riiiiiiiibbit! [The talking out loud to himself suddenly stops as Vash slams a hand quickly over his mouth. Did he really just ribbit!? Oh man, why him. This is embarrassing and horrible and just- oh hey! A pretty lady!]

Oh miss! Miss! Won't you find it in your sweet and kind heart to give this poor frog a kiss and break the curse I am under!

[Is it you Vash is flirting with? Is your male character a princess looking for his prince? Or just want to mock Vash? He'll be hanging around the fountain begging for kisses from pretty girls and possibly trying to avoid any men who've gone "mad" all week!]
