Does anyone know about a man with long blonde hair tied in a braid and has two different colored eyes? Me and my friends ran into him on our trip to the desert. He attacked us suddenly and then teleported us over the lake. Does anyone have more information on him? And the desert might be a good place to avoid if he's still out there.

[There’s a bit of a pause]

Oh! And Luka! I’m headed out to pick up some more ammo but when I get back I was going to update our little snowman sculptures outside! Wanna join me? You too Meryl!!

[And with that Vash can be found out and about looking for more ammunition. As for some reason being dunked in a lake and getting your gunpowder all wet isn’t a good thing. Or feel free to run into him as he updates his Vash, Meryl, and Luka!snowmen outside of Community Building 4]

Don't know about the magic stuff, but the entertainment stuff sounds about right. Yuber.

Possibly. I know I talked to a lot of people who seem to dislike him. [And it's awkward to go up to someone you hardly know and go: Hey!!! How about that crazy ass clown guy?]

Okay, let's see. [Consulting her own notes on the topic. Which are more or less the notes of every non-filtered complaint about Kefka on Cloud's black list, but hey.]

He can pretend he's someone else, and ...apparently magic isn't so good to use against him, but that doesn't really matter for people like you or me, I guess. Hit him and he'll go down just fine. The problem is finding him - he's too smart to come down where people can get at him. You already know what he looks like.

I told you already he killed someone, didn't I?

[A little quieter, now.] But yes. He's really bad news where he comes from. I would recommend talking to either Edgar or Terra for more of it - Terra is the woman he killed. But he's definitely up to something here in Luceti. I just don't know whether it's aimed at his own enemies or all of us.

So just ... be careful. Especially if he talks to you. It means trouble.

It is. It's not a healthy process, by most counts, but I haven't really seen the results of that either way.

I'm glad she's alright then... but still... Kefka can't be allowed to do that.

True... it's hard to know what to do with those people. Hard to talk to... and make them understand that human lives are important. All life is; but we can't give up on them either.

[That goes a bit further than Nami believes. There are some people she's really not sorry are dead, and if she's in a fight for her life - more importantly, for someone else's life - she's not going to pull her strikes for the sake of nicety.

That being said, she has no heart for killing at all. And it's ... a nice theory, Vash. It really is.]
