Does anyone know about a man with long blonde hair tied in a braid and has two different colored eyes? Me and my friends ran into him on our trip to the desert. He attacked us suddenly and then teleported us over the lake. Does anyone have more information on him? And the desert might be a good place to avoid if he's still out there.

[There’s a bit of a pause]

Oh! And Luka! I’m headed out to pick up some more ammo but when I get back I was going to update our little snowman sculptures outside! Wanna join me? You too Meryl!!

[And with that Vash can be found out and about looking for more ammunition. As for some reason being dunked in a lake and getting your gunpowder all wet isn’t a good thing. Or feel free to run into him as he updates his Vash, Meryl, and Luka!snowmen outside of Community Building 4]

[They got a little messed up with snow being piled up on them a bit. But you can probably tell at least one is suppose to look like him. What with all the sticks sticking out of the snowman's head. Currently too busy patting extra snow to the people to notice you yet! Feel free to stare like a creeper a bit more or get his attention!]
