Does anyone know about a man with long blonde hair tied in a braid and has two different colored eyes? Me and my friends ran into him on our trip to the desert. He attacked us suddenly and then teleported us over the lake. Does anyone have more information on him? And the desert might be a good place to avoid if he's still out there.

[There’s a bit of a pause]

Oh! And Luka! I’m headed out to pick up some more ammo but when I get back I was going to update our little snowman sculptures outside! Wanna join me? You too Meryl!!

[And with that Vash can be found out and about looking for more ammunition. As for some reason being dunked in a lake and getting your gunpowder all wet isn’t a good thing. Or feel free to run into him as he updates his Vash, Meryl, and Luka!snowmen outside of Community Building 4]

[Vash is waiting innocently outside holding a ball of snow behind his back. He'll probably pay for this later... but that was later!]

[ And out comes Meryl, wrapped up, nice and warm in winter clothes. ]

[At least he's nice enough not to aim for the face!] Hey... insurance girl! [It's a line drive straight for the chest!]

[ She turns and yelps, trying to duck and failing as she gets smacked right in the chest with a snowball. ]

Wha-- HEY!

[He laughs evily and starts packing more snow!]

[ She growls and starts rolling a snowball in her hands, though she's not doing very well. ]

[Well he's not really use to snow either so it takes him a bit - but this one is thrown fairly lightly and aimed for the top of your head as you're scooping snow]

[ She nearly falls on her face ducking and gives up making hers any more sturdy, throwing it at him in retaliation, as hard as she can. ]

[Although being him he could probably easily dodge it… instead he just screams as it smacks him in the face.] This means war! [Gathering more snow now.]

If it's war you want... [ Okay, Trebek, she'll play your game. She starts scooping up snow. ]

[War it is! Tossing another snowball!]

[ And she's hit again! She chucks one right back, but she's not exactly aiming right now. ]

[he'll dodge that one in order to focus more on gathering up more snow!] HA-ha!

[ She rolls up another one as fast as she can and throws it. ]

[Wasn't expecting one so quickly. Smacks him on the side of his face and all he can do is squat there with a bunch of snow in his hands blinking. He's stunned!]

[ She's surprised a moment, too, before grinning. Okay, maybe this is fun. ]

GAHHHHHHHHH! That's cold!! [Gathering up snow faster now!!]

Don't complain! You started it! [ She's gathering up some more, herself. She's sloowly getting better. ]

[That doesn't stop him from complaining!] But I've been sick! [Tossing snowball!]

And so have I! [ BAP! She throws one back. ]

[He'll give out a playful scream as it sails past him ALMOST hitting him. And he retaliates with his own snowball!]

[ She turns at the wrong time and gets smacked right in the face. She flails her arms with a yelp, dropping her snowball, and falls on her butt. ]

[Uh... opps! He comes running over.] GAH! Oh man! Are you alright!?
