Does anyone know about a man with long blonde hair tied in a braid and has two different colored eyes? Me and my friends ran into him on our trip to the desert. He attacked us suddenly and then teleported us over the lake. Does anyone have more information on him? And the desert might be a good place to avoid if he's still out there.

[There’s a bit of a pause]

Oh! And Luka! I’m headed out to pick up some more ammo but when I get back I was going to update our little snowman sculptures outside! Wanna join me? You too Meryl!!

[And with that Vash can be found out and about looking for more ammunition. As for some reason being dunked in a lake and getting your gunpowder all wet isn’t a good thing. Or feel free to run into him as he updates his Vash, Meryl, and Luka!snowmen outside of Community Building 4]

[ She comes out with a towel around her shoulders and one in her hands. She'll wait until he puts the mugs down. ]

[ She takes the towel in her hands and drapes it over his head, proceeding to ruffle his hair, to get out snow and dry it a little. ]

[He's a bit surprised by that - but he likes it so he stays bent over as you do so.]

[ She hums a little as she keeps ruffling and drying his hair, before folding the towel back and feeling his head, nodding in approval. It's mostly dry. ]

[ She pulls her towel over her hair and starts drying her own hair and smiles a little. ]

[Opps! There's the kettle! He'll go back to work on that coffee!]
