[Vash was not happy last night when the droids had snatched him up on his way home last night. At least he hadn't been gone for very long and they had only turned him human for awhile! Only, they turned him into a 133 year old man. At least dropped him off in the village this morning!

If only they had gotten him a walker too. Vash manages to shuffle his way to a bench near the fountain before his energy wears out and he opens up his journal.]

Heh, sorry if I worried anyone back home. I'm back now. So you can stop worrying Amelia-chaaaaan! Hahahaha! [If the Malnosso think they can put him down by making him old they got another thing coming. And yeah, he's not coming right out and saying who he is right now. That would ruin part of the fun!] Think one of you could come down and give me a hand getting home?

Ah, and Winry, if you have a moment could you help me remove my prosthetic arm? It's Vash, the Malnosso decided to age me just a bit and it's a tad too heavy for me right now.

Oh! And Sanji! Do you think you could help out an old man and make a quick delivery? The bakery seems so far away now. These old knees just can't take it!

[And until someone comes to help him home, Vash will be relaxing in that bench enjoying the weather. He'll also take advantage of his old looks to make some cat calls at any pretty girl passing his way.]

[Normally, Sanji isn't one to give an inch over this sort of debate. It's just not his way. But this time...]

Mmhmm! Can't wait to get home now. I hope Amelia will get here soon.

Near the fountain. Luckily they didn't drop me too far from town this time. Usually I'm lost in the woods! [He laughs a bit. His luck, how is it good this time?]

If she doesn't come by soon, I can pick you up.

[And she will if Sanji would like to continue this to action! Vash will have taken a seat just outside the Trigun house to rest and do some bird watching.]

[Sanji leaves it at that, then, trusting Amelia to take care of her own housemate. In the meantime he'll start on those damn donuts, being thankful he had the foresight (or just the dumb luck) to have some dough stored away. It won't take too long preparing them, and soon enough he crosses the short distance from his home to Vash's with a bag of freshly made donuts in tow.

... Though it's jarring, when Vash is what looks so out of place with the scene. Sanji hesitates and hovers at a distance when he spots him, taking in the changes with a sense of discomfort. The gunman might actually be over a hundred years old, but this is still so... strange.]

Vash.

[Vash doesn't notice the stares, comfortably dozing off in the sunshine until he hears Sanji call out his name.]

Sanji! How are you doing?

[Someone might have actually forgotten about the donuts.]

[Another pause. Jeez, hearing the creaky, weathered voice in person adds another notch of concern, though he does manage an honest smile with Vash greets him. He picks up his step, holding up the bag of donuts]

Pretty good, even if I spent all this time making your shitty donuts.

Ahhh! Donuts! Perfect timing! I was just thinking some would be really good right now!

I wasn't taking that long. [Normally he'd toss the bag at Vash's face and let him catch it. This time he demonstrates he's not a complete ass by casually dropping them in the man's lap]

[Vash's face breaks into a grin. It may be a bit more wrinkly, but it's a classic Vash smile as he digs into the bag on his lap. He wishes he could hide the shake in his hands, but he can't, so he just ignores it. Besides, he has donuts to keep him happy!]

Mmmhmm! Super tasty! Danke, danke!

Don't choke on them. [No, really. He's being fairly serious on that front, and watches Vash carefully to make sure no mishaps occur. Try as he might, he can't stave off his own paranoia]

Hey now! My body may be old now, but I'd never choke on a donut! [That'd be a waste! Although Sanji may be glad (or rather upset) to see that Vash can't gobble them down with the same gusto that he use to. Even if he wants to, it takes a lot of energy to chew the donuts, so it's a nice and fairly normal process.

Which, being donuts and Vash is still lightening fast for a man over the age of a hundred.]

[Oh no, Sanji will forever endorse and encourage normal eating habits, and that includes chewing or swallowing at speeds that don't make his spin.]

So, how are you feeling?

Well, I'm sure what you're expecting to hear is old, but really I'm feeling pretty good. You know, despite my looks. [He has donuts man. Sanji donuts.]

[He's relieved to hear it.]

Then I'll take that as a good sign.

And if you keep the donuts coming I promise to always be in a good mood!
