[Where is Vash today? Running around town trying to rip down wanted posters with his face and a reward of 60 billion double dollars for his capture dead or alive plastered on them.

Vash today is dressed in full old western cowboy gear too. His long hair tied back in a pony tail. Hidden under a big black hat. Dark black jeans, with black boots complete with spurs, and a black vest over a grey long sleeved shirt. With his trusty six shooter on his hip. One problem. He doesn't want to play the bad guy!

Of course, this would also be easy if his evil twin brother Knives wasn't around! Only, he wasn't around, was he? There are some moments in the pass day of black outs that Vash just can't quite remember now. Actually he should probably question those a bit more now that they seem to be happening more and more.]

Anyone else having memory lapses?

(OOC: Vash is struck with split personality right now. HE IS HIS OWN EVIL TWIN BROTHER! Every so often when my coin dictates Vash will becomes a rather dramatic "Knives" so don't be surprised when you get a random reply from

Good. [He turns his back to Knives- he's got nothing else to discuss with him anymore, taking another gander at the wanted poster thinking to himself.]

[Knives turns to leave with a smile. Yes, this could cause some fun trouble for his brother indeed. He walks away from Vegeta and once he's out of sight he feels he's done all he wants to for now.]

[Just a few short minutes after Knives has left Vegeta may hear a much more familiar voice. Not calling out to him, but instead coming from behind, as Vash cries out in frustration as he misses a grab at a piece of paper that's tumbling around in the wind.

He's also coming back from the direction that Knives just left in. He makes another grab for the paper, not having noticed Vegeta yet and this time catches it.]

Ha! Thought you could get away from me, my drifting little friend! [He speaks this as he rips the paper to shreds. Funny that, today Vash is wearing the same cowboy getup that Knives was.] Man, this is hungry work.

[Welp. Vegeta's not stupid enough not to realize that Vash is wearing the same clothing. And appeared suddenly out of nowhere it seemed despite the few minute difference.]

You know, you've got an awful lot of explaining to do.

[Vash busy letting tiny pieces of paper fly away into the wind hadn't even noticed Vegeta until he spoke.

He stops in his brushing of his hands to blink a couple times at Vegeta. Then he slowly looks around. Huh. There doesn't seem to be anyone else around here.]

Eh!? You mean me? [Vash points to himself, fully confused.] What did I do now? I swear if you got drunk and someone drew on your face it wasn't me!

No you idiot! [How does he put this? Probably bluntly as per usual] Why is it that there's a bounty the size of an entire star system on your head?! [He points behind him at the poster he was looking at. He's going to see if Vash tells him the same story Knives told him first before calling him out on it.]

[Vash's clueless expression drops pretty quickly to be replaced with one that is of utter embarrassment when Vegeta points out the poster.] O-o-oh! That silly old thing? You're not taking that silly poster seriously, are you? [Whatever Malnosso thought this was a great idea he'd love to have a few words with. Words and possibly some gunfire.]

[His arms are folded and his foot is tapping. No no, he doesn't buy that Vash. You have to be more convincing than that. He wants this cleared up now.

Tap, tap, tap.]

[Oh no. Not the tapping foot! He hates the tapping foot! Meryl use to tap her foot like that and it never lead to anything good.]

Well, I may have sort of... kinda... have a bounty on my head back home? B-but half the stuff they say I did wasn't even me!

[Well the truth came out. Smart of him not to lie to Vegeta.]

The only thing I know of for that ransom is that you destroyed an entire city by yourself. At least that's what I've been told. What do you say to that?

Yeah I- wait. You were told? Who here told you that? [Vash actually stops to take a closer look at that poster. It didn't actually list his crimes on that one. Far as he knows, no one in Luceti should know that unless the posters gave it away.]

Yes, I was. I'm glad you decided to admit to it instead of me beating the information out of you. [So Knives wasn't lying.]

Your twin brother. Knives. Ring a bell?

[Knives? Knives was here in Luceti? B-but for how long? He hadn't felt his brother's presence at all. How could- it didn't matter how.]

Knives- Where did he go!?

[Sorry, something about wanted posters and towns blowing up - yeah, long gone from his mind. If Knives was out and showing his face around town all it meant was something bad was probably happening.

That and with all the thinking about the past Vash has been doing these past couple months he'd really like to slug the guy in the face.]

Honestly I was about to ask you the same question. He came strolling through here a few minutes ago wearing exactly the same get up you've got on. So. What is it. Split personality? It has to be considering that he doesn't seem like he's got a peanut for a brain.

[Will this break Vash's brain? He doesn't care. He's confident he can deal with whatever danger there may or may not be.]

Split personality. When there's two beings inhabiting the same mind and body. Because when I saw your 'brother' he was in the same getup as you and you came from the same direction as his exit. Do you get it now?

[Split what-now? He's already thinking of sprinting off in the direction he just came from already. He's at least looking back that way.]

[He reaches out to grab Vash by his shirt. And shakes him violently.]

[AH! SHAKING! VASH DOESN'T LIKE THE SHAKING! Although probably a good thing Vegeta grabbed his shirt because he was just about to take off running.]

[Eventually he reaches up to grab at Vegeta's hands. Hopefully to stop the shaking before he ends up getting sick.] Look. Can we talk about this later? If he's really here, and this isn't a trick by the Malnosso, I need to find him.

He really was wearing the exact same thing I was? [Oh look! Maybe he's actually going to stop and take the split personality thing seriously.]

[Woah, serious Vash face. He stops shaking him but doesn't let go.] Yes, he was. Down to the very same hat. But why, what's so important that you need to find him now? What are you going to do, kill him?

I... I don't know. [He really doesn't. There really wouldn't be a point here. He'd just come back. Then his mind goes racing back. How if only he had done something about Knives sooner then maybe Wolf-

No. No time to get dragged into past regrets right now.] It's just, back home, he's caused me a lot of pain. [It's an easier way to put it. Done things to him, killed those close to him, and turning his life into a living hell was too much to get into right now.] I at least need to talk to him. Figure out what he thinks he'll do now that he's trapped here like the rest of us.

[Down to the same hat and he had been having gaps in his memory again. Seeing as Luceti was still standing, maybe Vegeta was onto something.]
