Hey! Fair maiden! I got my coat back so I can return the one you let me borrow! Let me know when you’re home sometime so I can return it!

And Meryl I’m going exploring! Would you like me to pick anything up for you while I’m out?

[Vash can be found wandering around the village. Where exactly? Pretty much anywhere. His goal was the repair shop to look for his gun but it’s not that he’s lost… he just doesn’t know where he is. Feel free to bug him around town.

After his shopping he’ll be coming home and while putting things away someone notices his own letter. After reading it a couple times he’ll be looking for Meryl to ask her about a couple things.]

And you aren't the only one, either... but... if there's a sudden development amongst them, it might have stirred this. Or, maybe they brought people who would be variables to increase the amount of people wanting to stay. I can't be sure. None of us can.

[Vash is quiet for a moment. Thinking about it all before sighing, giving a small smile, and then crumpling the letter.] Oh well! I guess it doesn't really matter! I'm not leaving without you.

[ She smiles a bit, shyly, before crossing her arms with a smirk. ] You'd better not, Mr. Vash, because there's no way I'm getting stuck waiting for you a third time.

Well... or at least not til AFTER dinner!

Oh? Really? Should I let you starve, then?

[Mock wailing] You're so mean! What did I ever do to deserve this abuse!

Alright, alright, this time. Come on, then. I tried a new recipe today.

Ah! Gee thanks Meryl! I knew you wouldn't let me starve! Ooooh! A new recipe!

Mm! It's with fish.

Sounds great! [Practically skipping as he follows you to the food!!!]

I haven't really had fish, since I got here, and I thought maybe we both should try it.

I will be happy to be your taste tester! ~~And if it sucks we can always go out~~

[ She walks to the kitchen and gets down two plates, taking a seasoned salmon fillet out of a skillet and placing it on one with some rice and string beans. She walks it over and sets it down on the table. ]

[Vash will take the plate with thanks and then take a bite and chew on it. And chewwwwwwwww. Annnnnd chewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Annnnd chew some more! Before swallowing and sitting there quietly for awhile.]

[ She waits, leaning against the counter with a curious expression. ]

[Then suddenly he starts digging in with great gusto!] This is GREAT! Mmmhmm! Scrumptious! [And of course Vash doesn’t know to not talk with his mouth full so this is sad around a mouthful of fish]

[ Some part of her is very happy to hear that and she smiles, almost shyly. ]

T..thanks, Vash.

[He smiles back at you.] So are you going to have some? [He grins playfully] Or I can eat yours if you're not hungry!

O-Of course I am! [ She scrunches her nose at his teasing and makes herself a plate as well, taking it to the table. ]
