[Vash is trying to get the last of his Christmas shopping done and can be spotted in the various shops trying to get ideas. But as he comes up lacking still he decides he needs cheering up and opens his journal.]

I had to hiatus for a few days, so I couldn't keep him around so I had him mallynapped. Bringing him back in a couple days, probably.

Only technically, because on the other technicality the Malnosso took him. And I can't bring him back yet. If I brought him back during the event he'd not only get harassed by a bunch of fourth-wall-breakers, everyone would forget he'd come back and I'd have to bring him back AGAIN.

And if you had him mallynapped you can UNmallynap him. Where is he!? I'll go get him!

Dude. I don't know any more than anyone else does about where they go when they're taken. I assume it's outside the barrier somewhere or something, otherwise you guys would've been all up in a rescue.
