[Today, Vash can be found most anywhere, except his place. He’s avoiding CH4 for some reason right now. He’ll be leaving at the crack of dawn and staying out until very late at night. He also doesn’t stop to visit the bakery. The item shop and grocery store are fair game, and so is the bar. He’ll be bopping around until he starts to feel restless and move on, but he has a very important announcement to make.]

Hey, everyone! It was Naoki’s birthday last week. Not a fun week for a birthday, so we need a party to celebrate it the right way. If you’re a friend of Naoki, seen him on the street, or just want to meet him? You’re invited! How about… two days from now! On the ninth in house number thirty one! There’s not too many people living around there so we can be loud without upsetting anyone! [Comment spam log to come in a couple days~]

[A bit later, Vash will be at the flower shop and again notice that Flonne isn’t there.]

Has anyone heard from Flonne in a while? I haven’t seen her around the flower shop at all lately.

[Vash is in a good mood today. No, not good - a great mood. He should feel bad that Wolfwood is stuck here, but it’s just so good to see him again. There’s so many thing to tell… and not tell… him. Like the changing weather Luceti has! Which is why he’s at the clothing store today. He remembers waking up in Luceti in the snow and how cold it was. It probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to get some extra winter clothes for whenever it comes again.

So far he’s found some mittens and is looking through the jackets, nothing catching his eye until his hands land on a white jacket. A familiar white jacket. He nearly rips his pocket open yanking his journal out and scrawling out a hasty, but utterly pointless filter.]

MERYL! WOLFW- EVERYONE! There’s a man here - a new feather! His name is Legato and he’s extremely dangerous. He has blue hair and evil, soulless, yellow eyes. If you see him; get away! He hates everyone, don’t be fooled if he tries to speak calmly to you! He can-

[Suddenly in the background there is the sound of someone pointedly clearing their throat and Vash immediately shuts up. Eyes widening, but not turning away from his journal just yet.]

Excuse me. ...I believe you have something of mine.

[Vash slowly turns towards the voice. Snapping the journal shut.]

As for any voice responses - sorry, Vash won’t be answering right away as I want to see how this thread ends and aha - he’s a little distracted. [Vash gets an early start today. His first stop even before the sun is really up is to stop by the rubble that was once community building four. He searches through the rubble carefully for some time, before he apparently finds what he’s looking for. Several broken flower pots. It’s as he feared, the flowers that had been left behind that Rem had cared for have been crushed under the rubble. As it sinks in that one of the only mementos he had of Rem in over hundred years is gone he starts to tear up, but he has other things to take care of today.

He slips his sunglasses on his head, takes a few of the dried out petals, sticking them in the pages of his journal, and will then head for Flonne's Flower Shop of Love, spending most of the afternoon there attempting to clean the place up and take care of the flowers. He does the best he can, but he honestly doesn’t know for sure how to take care of the more exotic-looking ones.

After getting the place as clean as he probably can, he heads out again. Headed to the forest, but he has a long walk in mind. You're welcome to run into him during the start of his walk, but really only those who spend nearly all their time in the forest should find his final destination as he picked it out with the idea that it was far and out of the way. The couple flowers he had kept at the apartment weren’t the only ones she left behind and he’s relieved to see that the ones he planted are still safe. He’ll spend the rest of the day checking on these flowers and making sure they’ll be alright before headed back to wherever he and Meryl have been staying since their apartment came down.]

(ooc: Feel free to run into Vash anywhere he’s at today or call for him over the journals. He does have it on him and will answer it - or feel free to comment on the flowers he just crammed into it!)
